Purpose of the Position (Job Summary):
To manage all the civil works at site independently.
Job Responsibilities:
Shall gain an understanding of the client’s needs and requirements and communicate all applicable quality standards to them.
Responsible for implementation & maintenance of quality management systems, Documentation (SOP) & Quality control of site construction works. Supervises the Quality Control functions/activities of civil activities of a project.
Preparation & Verification of Bills, Calculation of reinforcement, Steel, Quantity of Concrete & Brick work, Plastering etc. Giving Layouts, Centers of Columns, and Checking Verticality & Diagonal of Columns, Checking steel of Columns, Beams, and Rafts & Slabs etc. As Per Specified in the Drawing. Execution & Coordination in SV Stations ROW Grading, Stringing, Pneumatic Boring, River Crossing, Trenching Lowering, Back Filling, Restoration & Permanent Markers installation respectively.
Preparation of estimates & BOQ’s, Measurements & Bill Certifications.
Study of Scope Work with Process Packages, Vendor list, Detailed Engineering, Job Specifications, Standard Specification, Study of Drawings/Data Sheet, Working out Exact BOM, Integrate intend for bought out items, interaction with Client/Consultants for Project Execution & Progress.
Monitoring of Pipeline Construction activities in the Spread & review meeting with Client & Sub Contractor.
Manage the Man Power, Material & Equipment as per the Work Schedule.
Liaisoning with the Govt. Authorities for obtaining necessary Project Clearness for Construction.
To coordinate with QA QC & other Departments to ensure establishment of Proper Document System.
Periodic update of the Work Progress as per the Project Work Progress.
People Management
Build and maintain relationships with Clients, Site Team and Sub Contractors, vendors of all types
Monitor adherence to company policies by team members.
